[Owasp-board] Board Meeting Reminder - Wed 12/10

Reminder of Dec 10 board meeting at noon eastern / 9am pacific.

We have several items that are being added to the agenda including:

- 2015 Board Roles - When we would like to vote?
- OWASP EU Entity - Paul gathering facts (benefits/costs) for review
- Executive Director Role (as previously mentioned by me)
- 2015 budget notes from Paul

Please raise any additional topics here or on the agenda.

Paul is also working to verify our dial in information for the meeting to
ensure it is correct and consistent in all locations. More info to come.
