Abbas, can you give me examples of this on or off list? I will do 
whatever I can to help fix these or get other obstacles out of your way. 
OWASP is a meritocracy primarily, and we should be fully supporting 
those who are willing to "do the work" as I have seen you do in the past 
many times. If you can give me ideas as to how we can fix this, I will 
do my best to support those ideas at the board and staff level.
