This effects all our servers at Rackspace as we are located in the ORD
(Chicago) data center.

Readers digest: We could loose connectivity for up to 30 minutes on our
servers at Rack on Thursday, October 24th: 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM CDT

Rackspace will perform maintenance on the networking infrastructure of
our Next Gen Cloud Servers product in the Rackspace Chicago (ORD)
region. This maintenance will expand the capabilities and improve the
performance and reliability of our core network and Cloud Networks
offering. This maintenance event will not require any action from
you. Please note the following date and time for your maintenance

Thursday, October 24th: 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM CDT

During this maintenance, your Next Gen Cloud Servers network
connectivity could be interrupted two or more times, for a period
ranging from a few seconds up to 30 minutes. Cloud Networking will
experience the highest range of impact while Public and Private
Networks will be minimally impacted.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We always strive to have
no-downtime associated with deploys of upgrades, but some maintenances
require small delays in network traffic while the process completes.
We only perform these types of maintenances after extensive testing
and planning to ensure minimal impact.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this maintenance,
please do not hesitate to contact a member of our Fanatical Support

Additional information will be made available via our status page
during and after the maintenance at: http://status.rackspace.com.
