[Owasp-board] OWASP EU Attendance

Board,

As we've discussed and agreed we'll be meeting for a full day on the Monday
of AppSecEU. I'd like to confirm that all will be attending. I will be
flying out of the US on Sunday morning and likely arriving in the am of
Monday. Let's coordinate arrival times to determine our start time. Perhaps
noon - 8pm event?

We need to set the agenda ahead of time to make the best use of time.

>From emails I see Dave is arranging travel and Seba is definitely planning
too.

Tom, Jim, Eoin - you are all committed and locked in for the Monday event?
