The team wanted it lower right when I update it last so that the self service options were more prominent lowering the requests of where is x and y without people reading and looking...
Note this was a jet reason why weekly salesfirce reports were generated on all "open" tickets of requests from the community so you could quickly see the top requests, trends and items open over 30days as a example.
But since that's a operational item... That is a different topic and metric of outstanding "case" and common requests from community members that actually shape owasp future.
