[Owasp-board] Introduction to OWASP Presentation

I definitely think we should check with folks before making any significant changes to the *homepage* of the wiki; tis why it's protected. :)
So I agree Sarah, I'll do this but not on the homepage. I'll add it to the secondary links you suggest. Thanks, I'm on it.
