[Owasp-board] meeting with the board at AppSecAsiaPac in Japan - what format would you recommend?

Hi all,

just a quick one, as I'm trying to prepare for my board duties for
AppSecAsiaPac in March.

Do we want to have an open "townhall" meeting / meeting with board
members at AppSecAsiaPac in Japan?

And what format would you recommend?

I see a few options:
a) like an open meeting with me and all other board members that will be
in Japan at the time. We have some time to allow for people to raise /
discuss whatever is on their mind.
And in case there are no voices raised maybe talking about our strategic
goals for 2014, what people think and how they would like to see them
realised. Or if people don't like them we can talk about what kind of
goals the community would like us to set for 2015.
b) an open board meeting, where also people could dial-in from US etc. -
though we have not scheduled anything in that week.
c) ???

Personally, I would prefer a) .

Any thoughts / recommendations / preferences / advise?

Feel free to send me your feedback either directly or on this list.

All the best and thank you for your feedback.
