[Owasp-board] Edits to the home page...

Kelly,

I just dug into the root cause of several of the errors on the homepage 
and I found that the initial edit here...

... introduced a "center" tag that was not ended. Anytime you add a 
<center> tag, you MUST add a </center> tag to end that style.

This mistake rippled across the homepage which caused little errors 
including a <center> tag on page that was not rendered properly due to 
this mismatch.

I am super happy to help with WikiMarkup issues. Please drop me a line 
if you need to make homepage changes that involves anything other than a 
text change, and I'd be happy to help.

I was just given access to edit the homepage, look out! And if you need
