[Owasp-board] board member/trainer travel reimbursement - vote for clarification

Guys,
This point in particular covers me.
I hope to deliver training the day before the event and also address the
delegates with Mr Wichers on the morning of the event. Im am unaware what
happened previous to this but what Kate is suggesting seems fair to me.
