[Owasp-board] Needed - Board Members to attend AppSec Latam

Board Members -

Are any of you able to attend OWASP AppSec Latam 2012  in Montevideo,
Uruguay Nov 18-21?  The conference talks will be Nov. 20-21 and the primary
"need" is for Board Member(s) to attend the first day (Nov. 20) to do
opening keynote/remarks similar to what has been done at the other Global
