[Owasp-board] Committee Chairs - suggestions from an OWASP citizen

Committee chairs - a few minutes of your time.

I know we are all getting consumed in pre-Summit activities, but I have
a couple of suggestions to share.

Suggestion #1: Take some time over the weekend to review your committee
wiki pages. I ran through them a bit ago and some are more up to date
then others. If we're going to increase the number of Global Committee
members at the Summit, lets put our best face forward so interested
community members can see what you're doing and get interested/involved.

Suggestion #2: Make interacting with your committee as easy as possible.
Put contact details prominently at the top of your committee pages or
link to a page/tab which describes how to get involved. I don't have
any specific guidance here beyond make it easy.

Looking at the main committee page, here's what I found for contact details:
* Everyone has "Join our mailing list" somewhere on their pages
* Conference call information:
  ** Projects = No information
  ** Membership = No information
** Education = Times but no dial in number
  ** Conferences = No information
** Industry = Yes, both time and dial in number
  ** Chapters = No information
** Connections = Times but no dial in number
(apparently, that will be given once you join the mail list)

I thought that each conference had a dial-in number and code. I'd
recommend making that public like the board has historically done:

It not been a problem for the board and has actually helped people reach
out to us on an ad-hoc basis.

Please remember that these suggestions are made by me with my "I just
care about OWASP" hat, not my board hat. I called them *suggestions*
because they are just that - my opinion on something they may help your
committees achieve their mission & goals.

[Puts on OWASP Board hat]
If you need something from me at the board level, please reply to this
and let me know. I'll do what I can to help you help OWASP succeed.
