It had been decided in a previous email that the Summit is considered a
short term "project" within OWASP. (I can pull the email if I need to).
So, if a company joins as a corporate supporter, they can allocate 40% of
their membership fee to the summit.
Now, the company would like that $2K to sponsor a person of their choice.
So, without making it too complicated, is a company allowed to designate the
specific use of funds that they have "donated" to a project?
