[Owasp-board] September Meeting

Group, the first Monday of the month is this Monday.  It also happens to be
Labor Day, a holiday in the US.

I would like to go ahead and move the meeting to Tuesday.  I would expect
the agenda to be small as we will be conducting two face to face meetings
during the week of AppSec US.
