Looks Good Mark - so we don't delay until Sept 5th board meeting I suggest we approve this 12 month agreement via email.


** might be worth asking for a joint press release too. Chapters of both groups need to understand what this really means globally.

OWASP Board,

Attached is a proposed blanket co-marketing agreement between OWASP and ISSA.  This has passed the conferences committee and received ISSA concurrence and is submitted to the board for final approval.  The agreement covers the ISSA International Conference (local support by DC and NoVA chapters) and all of our Global AppSec and Regional events.  The proposed contract has a term of one year from the date of execution.
