[Owasp-board] ModSecurity 2.0.6 version has been 'formally' reviewed and rated as a Stable Release.

Leaders,

Ryan Barnett has had the kindness of informing us all every time he launched
a new release and so we can imagine the amount of work that has been put on
the OWASP ModSecurity Core Rule Set Project. 

Even though delayed, I would also like to be certain that everyone has seen
that the ModSecurity 2.0.6 version has been 'formally' reviewed and rated as
a Stable Release.
