I agree Pete.

Like all our events - Venue is critical.  

Fordham has failed 2010
PACE has failed in 2008
Hotel space is expensive...

IBM has space to host the entire event @  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/590_Madison_Avenue attempting to connect the dots to the people that control the space...

Hotel Penn is a central venue that is accessible by anyone in NYC  http://www.hotelpenn.com
