This seems fine to me, other than I think you should add 'the' in front of
OWASP Foundation in both places.

I was hoping to get your OWASP perspective on this lawsuit F5 has filed vs.
Imperva over a patented technology of F5's that it alleges is used in
Imperva's Secure Sphere:
Is this the first patent lawsuit in Web app sec?
