[Owasp-board] Membership agreement question

We actually don't have a membership agreement I know of

OK.  Still working on the Boeing on the donation.  Looks like they are 
re-crossing every "T" twice.

Question: Is there a membership agreement for individual OWASP members?

I've found the phrase "Agree to the terms and conditions of the OWASP 
Membership Agreement" in the FAQ section of our membership page:

   (the "How do I become an OWASP member?" question)
But I can't find any page or link to the actual agreement.

Apparently, Keith is one of our paid members.  Their contracts people 
want to review our membership agreement to take it into account in their 
agreement. Yes, this is silly.

Our contracts folks want to know if there is a membership agreement for 
individual OWASP members, since I am one. I didn't think there was, but 
they asked me to confirm.

If one exists, they want to review it to determine if there is anything 
in the agreement that they need to address in the agreement they are 
drafting.

Our contract folks are being a bit over the top on this, but I suspect 
it is because they mostly deal with legal agreements that have much more 
significance to the company.
