Board, as I mentioned on the call last week *we really need you guys to more
involved with the Summit.*

There is still TONS to do! For example Summit Sponsorships (see thread
below)

We should be careful not to add a lot of complexity to the
local organization of the summit, but it should be doable to have a list of
sponsor-able items (like the ones in that list).

Now that are looking at this, lets also take into account the ideas we tried
in the last summit:

are other good ideas in there that we should also recycle). For
example at the last Summit one of the Dinners was sponsored by GE

Basically any money that we are able to get via sponsors will go into our
Summit funds (currently set at 50k).So for example an a 2,500USD sponsorship
will allow us to fund 1 more person.

I can see how from a company point of view it will appealing to sponsor a
lunch (or notepads) since that gives them good visibility.
