Any month since the gpc was created should work.
I recommend the gpc archives because we are usually copied in when project
communications take place.
Anything before that is scattered all over the place.

Just this week, Dinis took a personal interest in a project. Dinis, as you
know, is a board member like Tom. This week's email might be a place to
begin.

Why is this an issue for you?
