The GCC has been inactive for sometime and I am not expecting
Sebastien to understand the politics of the Australian culture.

You have known about my activities regarding the Australia Chapter for
sometime i.e. https://lists.owasp.org/pipermail/owasp-leaders/2010-July/003308.html

Your ran away from Australia and your involvement has delivered
nothing and has simply allowed them to continue to abuse their
chapters for their own ends i.e. has Jean-Marie actioned
https://lists.owasp.org/pipermail/owasp-leaders/2010-July/003331.html
yet and lets not forget that Chris has been warned about this before
https://lists.owasp.org/pipermail/owasp-australia/2006-July/000079.html
- I have plenty more examples.

This is a lie - you spoke to him shortly after
https://lists.owasp.org/pipermail/owasp-leaders/2010-July/003308.html
and previously when he complained about the OWASP Session at AusCERT
and yet he refused to participate when asked - does Chris know that
you regularly stab him in the back?

It is not uncommon for you to switch hit and change allegiance  i.e.
https://lists.owasp.org/pipermail/owasp-leaders/2010-July/003309.html
so you don't get the same reputation that drove you from Australia

I have offered to hold a conference call with the Board.

The request was common sense back in May but it is no longer now as
the circumstances have changed i.e. it will involve more effort if it
is actioned now.

The reason that I am not a Chapter Leader or seeking to be a Chapter
Leader is that it is a conflict of interest to the investigation.

I have not desire to participate in the GCC as I don't seek recognition.

My only desire is to remove the vendor and consultant marketing
influence from the OWASP Australia Chapters and to have regular high
quality meetings and to increase the membership by prompting OWASP to
other associations.

My advice to you would be not to participate any further in the discussion.
