This seems reasonable to me.

Importance: High
Would OWASP be able to cover the $1K cost of breaks at the DHS forum? The
original requested amount was $5K to cover breaks and meals. At that time,
the event had very low registrations.
In my opinion, this event is a launch for marketing to the AppSec US
conference being held in DC in November.
Please let me know your responses ASAP so I can inform Sean.
Thank you.

Would it be possible to get OWASP to kick in $1000 to cover providing coffee
for all three breaks?
It looks like this would be enough to cover all three breaks for around 150
people.
Given that we now have almost 90 preregistered and it looks like we should
have several walk-ins from the Forum, we should have over 100.
I am concerned that we may look bad if we provide no coffee but I have no
more funding from Cigital's sponsorship to cover this. Given the minimal
cost, I was hoping that OWASP may help pick up the ball to make this a
success.
Please let me know if this is possible. I probably need to let them know
sometime today.

Subject: Question on how much just beverages would cost for the OWASP SwA
Day Friday
Zelda,
Could you please find out for me how much it would cost to provide just
beverages (coffee & tea) for 100 people?
This would be for three times (morning before start, morning break and
afternoon break).
I don't know for sure yet whether I can get funding but I need a cost to go
make a case.
Thanks,
