The final numbers have not been settled yet (they should be within a week or
2)..but we are looking at an approximately $30k loss.

Subject: [Owasp-board] How much money we 'lost' on the OWASP AU conference?

The noises from your side seem to imply that the recent Australian
conference was not profitable, so my question is how much are we (OWASP
mothership) having to pay to cover it? 5k, 10k, 20k 50k?

I heard from somebody who was there (i.e. Pravir) that this was a good
(although small) conference. The agenda
<http://www.owasp.org/index.php/OWASP_AU_Conference_2009_Agenda> looks good
so do we have more feedback from the ground? (like from andrew and official
feedback forms?)

Taking the money issue to the side for a minute, would we say that this was
a good OWASP conference? I.e. one that is adding value to OWASP's community
and promoting OWASP's values?
