[Owasp-board] SANS offer to OWASP

FYI - SANS' offer appears not to be so altruistic. It's also for 3 weeks
from now, and I'm sure we can't plan anything high quality in that time.
We're going to tell them we're not interested.  I did give Jim in Boston a
heads-up as well.
