[Owasp-board] Summit marketing effort in Portugal

Just FYI we are going to spend 5,000 USD for the Summit PR/Marketing effort
in Portugal.

This includes the services of a local Media company and the placement of 3
Adds in the most high profile Portuguese papers next week.

Paulo will be contacting soon Alison with the details of the company we need
to pay for these placements.
