[Owasp-board] REQUEST FOR COMMENTS/Summit - New payment to the travel agency

Board,

As you can see here

, the second instalment which we I had sent off to the travel agency is
almost spent. Consequently, they  are requesting another payment tranche of
roundly the same value as the previous one, i.e. 20,000 USD. Can it please
be done ASAP?
