I like this idea. Can you update both types of project plans with this
suggestion? What level is it 'required', beta??

Thanks, Dave

Looks good for me!

I would also (next to the purpose - goal) like to mention a roadmap with
steps to get there.

Basically this means - as with any other project - it should have a project

This makes it easier to chop the work into pieces that can be contributed to
by the project team members.

Plus: if you put in timing, readers and potential contributors quickly see
how the project is doing.

I had some thoughts rolling around in my head so I took a stab at writing
them down. Please check out:

When you have a chance to let me know what you think, and what additions or
changes you would suggest. I think we need to get this reasonably finalized
before we launch the Summer of Code so there is clear criteria for the
participants to get to the various levels.

I can see more requirement being added, like for large documents, it has a
strong table of contents that links all the wiki content together, kind of
like: http://www.owasp.org/index.php/Guide_Table_of_Contents

and others I'm sure.

Let me and Paulo know what you think.

Thanks, Dave
