[Owasp-board] OWASP Background

Thought I had already sent this around but after review of the outbox had
not. Attached please find the Bylaws for OWASP Foundation as well as the
Certificate of Incorporation.

Please take 5 mins of your time and review the Bylaws.

At the next meeting this will be my single agenda topic will be governance
of OWASP Foundation.
