[Owasp-board] Foundstone Status?

What is the status of McAfee/Foundstone concerning OWASP at this time?
 I understood from Jeff that Foundstone was going to get the
membership to OWASP for 2008+ as a result of the efforts on the ESAPI
project?

I amworking with the Marketing Department and the Training department
and they want to know if they are a member or not a member of owasp as
this time.

Please advise.
