Great.  I have verified that when the funds are posted to our PayPal
account, the details include the purpose.

By George, I think we've got it!!!!!!

I will put this button on all the chapter pages and will start working on
the project pages.

Board,

The PayPal extension is now operational. I found an extension on the  
web and tweaked it to provide a way of tracking funds donated to  
OWASP. It's easy to use and can be put on any page that you would want  
to have funds allocated.

Usage:

<paypal>NAME OF CHAPTER/PROJECT</paypal>

Make sure to include Chapter or Project in the name.

You can see an example on the NY/NJ and Dallas chapter pages.
