[Owasp-board] Hong Kong Chapter activity?

Can you commit to having meetings every 1 or 2 months? They don’t have to
be conference-sized meetings, but just enough to maintain the sense of
community. We have people complaining that they’d like to be a part of a
Hong Kong chapter but they can’t get a response from you or the list. What
can we do to get the chapter meeting regularly?

Dear Jeff,

In fact, our committee members are very busy and always need to be on trip.
For my plan, in fact, I have purchased a bundle of OWASP standard and books.
I would like to hold seminar for the new OWASP Top 10 in March or April. In
Hong Kong, I would like to focus on the education and awareness for the
developers indeed.

In fact, I am a pentester as well and I will demonstrate those hacking
technique with Webgoat, Webscarab, and other tools. Those seminar will be
worked with PISA (www.pisa.org.hk) and HTCIA (www.htcia.org.hk)

Currently, I would like to seek new and energetic members indeed.

Hi Anthony,

It's come to my attention that the Hong Kong chapter is not very active.
Can you let me know the status and your plan for revitalizing the chapter?
If you are no longer interested in running the chapter, we'd be happy to
find a new lead.
