I agree with you. Dinis has been on me to do this for a year. Its a lack of
energy, not willingness holding us up. With Alison on board we should be
able to do something about that this year.

Agree, OWASP contributors have a right to know what happens with their
effort / money.

I also propose to accompany these with extra information on income /
expenses and clearly link these to the OWASP strategy.

I am thinking that we need to link or publish the tax returns to the wiki in
.pdf so there "open" and update them
