I agree on this principle.

For Norway: they will cover everything, so no OotM necessary.

if the conf., is charging a fee for the event the OotM should be a
secondary source or a % split., i say lets do it in exchange for a write
up of the event on the wiki as well as a "standard" OWASP overview preso.
