[Owasp-board] Corporate Renewal Discount? 10%

What do you guys think about offering a 10% discount for annual renewals
that are paid prior to the company's renewal date. This would encourage
people to renew, and renew on time.

We could also do the same thing for individual members, but that would
be a bit more complicated.
