[Owasp-board] FW: Web Security Days in Turkey

I'm a bit concerned about these events.  I think we need some rules for
chapters that want to put on mini-conferences.  I think the rules should
cover...

 - facility requirements
 - registration monies
 - sponsors
 - advertising
 - agenda
 - moderation
 - commercialism
 - approvals from the Foundation
 - etc...

I don't want people putting on these events if they might reflect badly on
OWASP.  I think perhaps we should at least require people to put together a
conference plan/proposal (that addresses the points above) and submit it for
approval.

Thoughts?
