Hi Jeff just saw your comment on:
"Hey - sorry for the delay - what if we called it Web App Security Day - and
then invited WASC, GNUCitizen, etc... to join"
And I am not 100% sure of it.
The current title is
OWASP Day : Day of Worldwide OWASP 1 day conferences on the topic
"Privacy in the 21st Century" : Thursday 6th Sep 2007
And the one you propose is:
Web Application Security Day : Day of Worldwide 1 day conferences
organized by OWASP on the topic "Privacy in the 21st Century" : Thursday 6th
Sep 2007
I prefer the first since it really pushes our local chapters and promotes
OWASP
And after all , OWASP is all about Web Application Security
And there is also the connection with the Global Security Week.
So I vote to stay with the current title.
But if you all think differently I am happy to change it.
Anyway the GnuCitizen guys should participate in London and I'm sure the
WASC guys will contribute in the US.
Talking about WASC, we should merge :) (as in WASC joins OWASP , and OWASP
keeps the brand)
