[Owasp-board] NYC chapter

Hi Stan

I just received the following comment about the NYC chapter

NYC has a huge security community, and the current chapter leader is failing

miserably at organizing meetings. I think we've had 1 owasp meeting this
year.

Is this correct?

If you don't have time to organize events, its better to give the chapter
leadership to somebody else.
