Makes sense to me from the “lame duck” chair.

I also suggest adding Michael to the board mailing list now.

I've seen Dave dance he's right.   

As the most senior Owasp guy and re-elected I propose he takes over the chair role as defined in bylaws and as we fill roles that enables future elections to be for roles rather then "seats"

Jason - you need to read the bylaws more closely - especially special addendum 6-B, subsection 7 were it states "Winner of the dance off will be the dancer who shows the least aptitude for rhythm, grace and style"

So, its a race to the bottom and you have no chance.  ;)
