[OWASP-Bangalore] ERROR: The JVM in $JAVA_HOME isn't version 1.6

Hi,

I'm new to OWASP, I installed java 1.6.0_27 and tomcat7 in ubuntu 12.04,
I'm getting the error message while trying to sh the webgoat.sh

logan at logan-HP-Pavilion-dv6-Notebook-PC:~/Documents/WebGoat-5.3_RC1$ sudo
sh webgoat.sh 8080
readlink: missing operand
Try `readlink --help' for more information.
dirname: missing operand
Try `dirname --help' for more information.
The JVM in $JAVA_HOME isn't version 1.6.

I would really appreciate if some one assist me to resolve this.
