[owasp-antisamy] Antisamy for .Net 4.0

We have an ASP.Net app that uses .Net 4.0.  I have added antisamy but have received the following error:
"Unable to load DLL 'vjsnativ': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"

It appears that flute.dll has a reference to vjsnativ.dll but is unable to find it.

Is there a work around for this or does antisamy not work for .Net 4.0?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
