[owasp-antisamy] Support for Java 5, and how to send pull requests

We were trying to stay compliant with Java 1.4, which is why we avoided generics and such. Recently we informally "end of life"'d that idea.

We will gladly look at patches that don't change public signatures, especially if you can Skype/hangout for a code review session.
