[owasp-antisamy] Leave single left bracket in antisamy

This is a concern for us. A single left bracket is used in the input
(sometimes quite often). I know a single right bracket has no problem.

That sounds like an error in the way AntiSamy (or perhaps the XML
parser) is processing the input.
I'm not certain how to resolve this issue.

When is the next version of AntiSamy due? I see there are somethings in
the trunk that we need in a project. I could build it myself, but I'm
not sure I will feel comfortable with using trunk code in production.
