I'd second what Simon has said.

only really possible via the Mailman install at lists.owasp.org and peoples
@owasp.org addresses. The community is far too large for the tiny
Foundation staff to keep up with all various bits of the community (chapter
leads, project leads, ...) without using the @owasp.org address.
I know some of the community polling that Simon has done utilized the fact
that members have @owasp.org addresses to filter out the general Internet.
So, setup forwarding, set your real email address as the recovery address
for your @owasp.org account any you may never have to login again.
Some filters/rules in your email client of choice and you're off to the
races while still allowing the Foundation to contact you should it be
