Martin,

I would like to raise a formal complaint against Josh Sokol in
relation to http://lists.owasp.org/pipermail/owasp-leaders/2014-May/011682.html.

I had instructed the court to not subpoena OWASP as the information
can be provided by other parties and had neither made contact with
Norman Hue in this matter.

Josh Sokol has shown a complete disregard for
https://www.owasp.org/index.php/About_The_Open_Web_Application_Security_Project#Code_of_Ethics
within the above e-mail thread, specifically:
- "Maintain appropriate confidentiality of proprietary or otherwise
sensitive information encountered in the course of professional
activities;"
- ...
- Not intentionally injure or impugn the professional reputation of
practice of colleagues, clients, or employers;
- Treat everyone with respect and dignity; and
- ...

In relation to "Maintain appropriate confidentiality of proprietary or
otherwise sensitive information encountered in the course of
professional activities;", I have requested that this matter not be
discussed on public mailing lists and Josh has continued to
demonstrate a lack of intent to maintain discretion in this matter.
Furthermore, I am left with not choice by to publish this to the
Governance Mailing List as this matter is now part of the public
domain.

In relation to "Not intentionally injure or impugn the professional
reputation of practice of colleagues, clients, or employers; Treat
everyone with respect and dignity; and ..." I find his recommendation
to shun my e-mailed correspondence to OWASP without consideration as
simply repugnant, offensive and the complete opposite of OWASP's
intent to form an inclusive community of volunteers.

I therefore request that Josh Sokol be formally reprimanded for his
continued violation of
https://www.owasp.org/index.php/About_The_Open_Web_Application_Security_Project#Code_of_Ethics
and that I be provided with a public apology from Josh Sokol on the
OWASP-Leaders Mailing List.
