[Governance] Gossip from Josh Sokol

This is not against you, but I am not the channel to use to talk to any
member, mailinglist of group inside or outside OWASP.

There are several, indeed related, cases to be sorted out.

Please take the opportunity to talk with me via Skype or  phone, as I have
