I would like to draw your attention the statement of Eoin Keary within
As a consequence of his public attack on the OWASP Leaders Mailing List,
his false assertion were considered "fact" by Andre Ludwig i.e.
The OWASP Google Hacking Inquiry proved well beyond a reasonable doubt that
there was no supporting evidence of the false assertion made by Eoin i.e.
it was smear.
Eoin made this admission within the private e-mail below:

Eoin Keary also continues to maintain a relationship with convicted
criminal Darren Martyn and endorsed his position as an OWASP Chapter Leader
Eoin Keary was the creator of the "Code of Ethics" i.e.
http://lists.owasp.org/pipermail/owasp-board/2010-October/009157.html and I
therefore request the reason(s) as to why Eoin Keary was not suspended for
"intolerable behaviour" for direct violations of the following code of
*Not intentionally injure or impugn the professional reputation of practice
of colleagues, clients, or employers; *
*Treat everyone with respect and dignity; and *
*To avoid relationships that impair — or may appear to impair — OWASP's
objectivity and independence. *
- *Refrain from any activities which might constitute a conflict of
interest or otherwise damage the reputation of employers, the information
security profession, or the Associatio*
I am requesting that *Eoin Keary membership is revoked for "intolerable
behaviour" and that the OWASP Board cease protecting him.*
I won't have this problem with OWASP if it applied it's policies fairly and
equal to all. Instead the OWASP Board leverages selective prosecution to
deliberately smear by my good name and high standing in the industry.
