Dear Leaders and NNI'ers,

I was recently asked to put together a first run rough draft to 
reinstate the OWASP Global Industry Committee.

Here is what I started so far, a "very rough" draft proposal for the 
OWASP Global Industry Committee 2.0. My understanding is that I should 
submit it to the leaders list for discussion and contributions. Feel 
free to edit and comment on the documents. I've also invited the OWASP 
NNI (NIST NSTIC IDESG) Initiative members to review, participate, 
comment, and help create the draft. ? Is there anything else that I 
should do to get the ball rolling?
