[Global_industry_committee] Intrim lead of GIC

Marco - thanks for your contribution to this, but I'd like to
reinforce Eoin's request.  The more knowledge you can shrea with us,
the better.

Do we know if Joe is still a committee member, or did he just resign as chair?
