[Global_industry_committee] [Owasp-board] GIC Chair

In the GCC, we just set them up for a committee vote and that was it.  It
passed unanimously.

Speaking of, have you all officially settled on a Chair?  I need to add said
chair to the new chairs mailing list where, we happen to be discussing this
very topic......
