Uh oh - what do you all know that I clearly don't? ;)

Colin - agreed that we need some more structured governance for the 
committee to address circumstances like this. I'll make that one of our 
first goals.

All - I'll be in touch over the next week or so to run some ideas by the 
group and see where we want to take this.
